Empire Poker 50 Seats Frenzy Promotion – Terms & Conditions

  1. You agree that by taking part in the Empire Poker.com (the “Poker Website”) “50 Seat Frenzy” promotion (the “Promotion”), that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively the “Rules”).
  1. To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
    1. be eighteen (18) years of age or older
    2. have registered your details to open a player account (an “Account”) but not have already opened a Real Money Player Account with any of the Gaming Services; and must
    3. not be resident in a Restricted Territory

(any player who meets this criteria shall be deemed a “Qualifying Player”)
 

  1. The “Promotion Period” will mean from 00:00hr ET on 13 October 2007 until such time as we elect to end the Promotion
  2. During the Promotion Period, Qualifying Players shall be entitled to participate in an online poker tournament scheduled to take place on the Poker Website every Saturday during the Promotion Period at 13:35hr ET (the “Tournament”).  The top fifty finishing Qualifying Players in the Tournament shall each win a seat at the £300k Guaranteed Sunday poker tournament taking place on the Poker Website the following day at 12:45ET
  3. Qualifying Players may enter the Tournament by one of the following three ways:
    1. By finishing in the top ten places at one of the territory-specific freeroll poker tournaments indicated below (the “Freerolls”).  These Freerolls take place daily, but only one per territory per week shall offer a seat in the Tournament as a prize.  This shall be indicated during that specific Freeroll prior to it starting:

    2. By participating in one of the two Saturday morning qualifier poker tournaments schedule to take place each Saturday during the Promotion Period; and/or

  1. If a non-Qualifying Player receives entry to the Tournament, and this is realised after the fact, PartyPoker.com / EmpirePoker.com reserves the right to disqualify that player and any Prizes won shall be deemed forfeited.
  1. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer running on the Gaming Services.
  1. Neither the employees of PartyPoker.com, EmpirePoker.com, PartyGaming or its group or other producers or suppliers associated with the Promotion, their advertising, printing and publicity agencies, and their immediate family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned people) will be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  1. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or violates the Rules.
  1. PartyGaming or its group may use the information that you provide during the Promotion registration process to provide you with information about our products and services. You must inform us if you do not wish to receive such information by emailing [privacy@partyaccount.com]
  2. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice.  We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and the Rules and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page.  We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly, and by your continued use of the Gaming Services and/or the Poker Website you accept any such modified terms. 
  1. Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.  No correspondence will be entered into
  1. If the Promotion can not be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond our control, we shall incur no liability and the Bonus Amount will not be awarded.
  2. The “Gaming Service” means any gaming website forming part of the gaming services offered by PartyPoker.com and including PartyBingo.com, PartyBets.com, PartyCasino.com and PartyGammon.com or such other website as we may offer from time-to-time

  3. 15 If the Rules are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
